Pros

I don't think there are any pros for anyone to switch from their existing company.

Cons

There is too much of bad stress. The environment is chaotic and unstructured. The culture is of micromanagement. I wouldn't advice anyone joining ING unless they got a good raise. There are no special benefits that you don't get elsewhere. Work life balance is bad. Also, the management in Sydney is immature to put in a better way.

Pros

Okayish learning, but no other good reason to work here

Cons

stay away from Market risk area. The worst work culture. Employees have no work life balance as they are expected to work until late. Manager has habit of calling at odd hours and urgently requesting work to be done. No time to even have dinner. All that for an okay pay.
