      Ok company for short term career - not recommended for you to stay more than 2 years

      - work life balance - pace of work is slow - pay is above avaerage

      Cons

      - leadership are not authentic, everyone has agendas - your job will be different from JD - HR and employee experience are outdated even practioners skills are stuck 10 years ago - has a lot of claw back - employee retention schemes are outdated - organization within the business works in silos, even though they say it not - it is not a Flat organization - WFH schemes are unfair, it will depend how progressive of outdated the personality of the department heads
