Pros

Not much. But I guess if you are really into a laid back, poorly paid job, you could find some good reasons to work here.

Cons

Poor management, culture of ignorance, no teamwork, poor salary. Everyday the minute you turn up for work, you are already counting down the minutes till home.

Pros

Co-workers are great. I worked at ING for close to 15 years and I really enjoyed the people and management.

Cons

Even though many of the careers at ING could be done from home, ING does very little to promote work from home even on a part time basis.
