Pros

It is an environment with plenty room to grow and with various possibilities. The people around you are very helpful and willing to share. It is quite an international environment.

Cons

Sometimes navigating through the bureaucracy can be a challenge, but in time it is a skill that is learned. Promotions are directly impacted by the years of experience which can be improved.

Humane to employees, pace very relaxed.

Cons

Ran out of money to do new work in IT. Became a desert for architects. This may change but I have not heard anything like that.
