Pros

Good place to start your career and get trained in the financial services industry. Opportunity to have exposure to great resources, talent and training from all of ING.

Cons

Senior Management has done company restructuring approximately every six months for the past several years. If you like constant change, then this is your place to work!

Pros

Excellent place to make first steps in one's professional life. Everything salaries, mates, leaders, head of a team were great.

Cons

Well there were not any tremendous cons. Maybe the salary could be better, and more time for a lunch break.
