      Pros

      Good benefits and good brand recognition as a company to work for. The right department can really make your career there worth-while. Lots of opportunity to learn with continuous education opportunities. Lots of volunteer opportunities.

      Cons

      Financial Reporting Department has an extremely negative work environment that is portrayed down from management. Management is extremely negative and makes staff's life miserable. It creates a bad environment and no matter how hard you work, no appreciation is ever shown.

      Work life balance is encouraged, mutual respect and collegiality is the norm, reasonable work-load and plenty of opportunity for growth and advancement.

      Cons

      Not sure there is a down side. the company istrying to remain "skinny" interms of salraies and head coutn but so are all the other firms in the industry/
