Pros

Ich habe eine gute Work-Life-Balance. Die Bezahlung und die Boni sind großartig, und mein Vorgesetzter ist sehr verantwortungsbewusst und zuverlässig. Ich fühle mich ermutigt, mich einzubringen und weiterzuentwickeln. Es ist definitiv ein Unternehmen, bei dem ich weiterhin arbeiten möchte.

Cons

Das ist nicht speziell bei der ING, aber es gibt natürlich etwas “Politik” und Ego von einigen anderen Managern, die manchmal im Weg stehen. Das kann manchmal anstrengend sein, da man selbst auch bis zu einem gewissen Grad politisch sein muss. Abgesehen davon mache ich meine Arbeit und gehe nach Hause.
