Size and broad scope of initiatives. International cooperation/competition is challenging. Broad training offer.

Cons

Historically low inrest rates put financial results under pressure (valid for all banks) A lot of focus on cost savings with impact on staffing. Future for the individual not clear.

Benefits are supposed to attract talent since they cannot compete with their competitors on salary and bonus. Retirement is solid with pension plan with 401k.

Cons

Senior management not engaged with employee needs. All they want is more with less. It comes down to a numbers game.
