Autonomy to make decisions within your scope of responsibility; respect shown by colleagues at all levels; community and lifestyle minded as a corporation that allows and encourages healthy interaction inside and outside the corporation.

Cons

Location became a problem when we moved our family further from the office.

Smart, intelligent people. Dedicated research teams. Friendly collegial environment, people were nice and helpful.

Cons

Limited growth opportunities. Top heavy which made it challenging to grow to full potential. Challenging to get get noticed as senior management worked on more interesting and visible projects. Lack of faith in employees at mid level.
