      Company strategy and values, collaborative culture, focus on consensus, flexibility, strong track record of business model disruption, innovation focus, open and transparent dutch culture

      Cons

      Lack of test and learn fail fast culture, sometimes hard to mobilize resources, lack of international opportunities, often times strategy and values do not guide field action

      Pros

      Good benefits and some good people to work with. But surprisingly the people I enjoyed working with were not at this office but one of the other offices in New York or Atlanta.

      Cons

      Does not promote if you are not a brown noser. Despite working there for over nine years, an impeccable work record, I was constantly denied opportunities to further my career due to a horrible micro-manager boss. She lied on my performance reports and to upper management for her own career sake. Glad I do not work there anymore!
