Business Outlook
Pros
The short time I had with ING was full of learnings and adjustments, those adjustments came with positive things. It was in the middle of COVID but the company was able to shift to WFH immediately, for that one I was truly impressed. The team I was a part of had a very mature process and I was thankful because I was still able too apply that to my current work.
Cons
The retail sect of this company sadly closed down and with that came with the lay offs. It is a shame because I really loved my time here and I truly believed in the company's vision and goals. The product was amazing and it is sad to have seen it go.
