Opportunity to move around the organization, strong leadership, interesting culture challenges (US versus Netherlands), and solid goal and objective setting from the top down.

Cons

Tough industry as it is very competitive and goes with the flow of the economy. Can sometimes move slower to make decisions given the Dutch influence of consensus.

Bonuses don't depend on your performance. I got promoted only because I got the right contacts. If you just work hard, you won't get a good bonus. The name of the game is be a politician; once you get that, you really don't have to do much.
