Benefits: PTO, health, dental, and steady job

Cons

ING was changed to Voya in the U.S.. Management did the opposite of motivate, and being in a call center sucked after the changes were made. The job was o.k. before Voya took over. I expect Voya to be bought out, cause their is no communication between top to bottom in my experience.

Pros

Appreciative of effort. Allowed to telecommute frequently. Rewarded for excellent work with increased responsibility. Fair compensation.

Cons

They were often so swamped with work that it made it difficult for them have time to confirm milestone deadlines so as to give green lights for further work to achieve finality of projects.
