Excellent working environment and a unique company culture. Multicultural organization. Good life/work balance. Management has realistic views on projects, deadlines and deliverables. Smart people with good ideas will always keep the ball spinning so you will never get bored.

Cons

Very difficult to change function / team. Compensation not in line with your achievements.

- a lot of interns are hired to do a "CDI" job -> hire more CDI less interns
