Place to learn, place to grow, place to have fun, number one internet bank for retail customers in Romania, very innovative

Cons

Sometimes to complicated internal processes and some internal competition is delaying good services to customers. Not the best payer in the market.

Really nice down to earth people, who work hard and treat each other fairly. There was no backstabbing or politics in my team and was a pleasure working in the London office.

Cons

Not sure whether there would have been any career progression or growth in the local office. There are opportunities to move to other regions though.
