Overall a great place to work but low turnover can be frustrating

Professional yet relaxed/friendly atmosphere. Many learning opportunities & cross-departmental cooperation. Management very supportive.

Cons

Low turnover means progression (especially @ Director and above level) can be stunted. Under-performers are not managed firmly enough.

Pros

ING Bank in the Czech Republic has an extraordinary company culture. Very international, friendly, informal, non-hyerarchical. Small details like fruits three-times a week, rooftop parties, squash league, table soccer, etc. make it a really pleasant place.

Cons

As in all the Czech banks, the people are not very motivated to work hard and that makes it way too relaxed and a bit lazy environment.
