Leadership needs some work also the organization structure needs to be revised. Little incentive to continuing education.

Many opportunities for training and cross-promotion if you look for them. Org environment generally friendly, departments are generally given a fair amount of leeway in terms of management style.

Cons

Management pushes overtime regularly, often with very little incentive. Many positions are very low compensation relative to the workload demanded.
