High workload and constant focus on cost savings, verh little performance based rewarding, slow machine often taking months to decide

Very professional work environment. Recognition of good employees. Possibilities of evolution for the best people. Looks good in your resume.

Cons

Some managers don't have skills to lead the people. Strict work hours and zero flexibility. Fast developing company with more and more work but with the same number of staff.
