      Pays well, but there are reasons why

      Pros

      Pays well. Gym on-site. Good health plan. 401(k) matching. Some nice people. Free product. Cafeteria.

      Cons

      No work-life balance. Too many ineffective and abusive managers whose skill set is managing up. Very political. Wrong people are hired and promoted. Many unhappy people who are looking for another job. Morale is terrible.

      Nice interactions with many good folks.

      Cons

      Politics, silos, lack of stability and lack of support at the Mmgt level. Lot's of hopped up egos with the complete lack of teamwork.

      Pros

      Better than average salary, benefits package, quick and easy raises/promotion opportunities, top of the line equipment to do your work from, in-house gym, cool location at LA Live. Also, you get to go home on time pretty much every day!

      Cons

      Getting an overall sleazy vibe from the company and the way it does business through its distribution model...there's a reason so many people call it a scam (and I worked in corporate!) My larger concern, however, was that I had zero faith in my manager's competence...I am 99% convinced I was hired to do the work my manager was supposed to be doing so they could pass it off as their own. Let's say you were...I don't know, a chicken farmer. And your boss was also a chicken farmer. Except your boss actually knew nothing about chickens, or farming, but was in a Director role. You get the idea...
