I applied online. I interviewed at Herbalife (Melbourne) in May 2026
Interview
Overall the call was not so smooth no contract, too much high expectations and asked me to do the work without any agreement. After that they asked to join zoom meetings and g o live in many of their aaps.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Herbalife in Dec 2024
Interview
the usual process, I was interviewed by a recruiter on the phone, than it went to a hiring manager that spent way a couple of hours interviewing me, then was interviewed by a team member, followed by the final round with the director of the department. a bit of let down especially since I was toured the entire facility only to be told they went with someone else the next day. but their were clues, one of which was the director asking if I was ever open to freelance work as if they had already picked someone and then a technical question about a 3d program. non of which was ever presented in any of the previous interviews
The interview process was typical.
1. Interview with HR Recruiter
2. Interview with Hiring Manager
3. Interview with Staff
The interview process went very well. Felt comfortable. There was some phenomenal back and forth between the job itself and getting to know everyone on a professional level.
Unfortunately after the 3rd meeting I was completely ghosted by the company. I followed up several times and was ignored in every attempt to contact the interviewing individuals.
