Pros

Flexible schedule, steady clientele and amazing staff to work with. Benefits depending on Franchise Realistic Bonus potential. Each salon runs a bit differently has a unique feel so once you find your perfect Culture you can have an amazing career.

Cons

Staying open till 9pm Monday thru Friday We do not have set stations so can be confusing to our clients.

What I love the best about my job is the potential to move up in the company n quick. I started off as a stylist 2 years ago and now in management! I love now being able to see my team grow n develop them!! Can't wait to see my team expand bc we are a little understaffed and we are growing day by day! It will definitely help us feel more refreshed and be able to spend a little more time at home with our families!!! Our Team is like a family! I love it!

Cons

Understaffed but working hard on a weekly basis to improve. Just went to a recruiting class and felt it was really appreciated and helped me a lot! Thank you!

Pros

Great business model. Plenty of opportunities to advance and gain more responsibilities as long as you are willing to put in the time and energy. Clientele provided by company which is great for stylists coming out of school. Great training opportunities are provided for stylists and management team.

Cons

Not necessarily a con...but be aware that there are long hours especially on weekends, during holidays and during promotional sales. Make sure you find the right salon that fits your needs as an individual. While the company has a great structure for their culture, each salon can have it's own personality and management. Remember that you are interviewing them, just as much as you are being interviewed.
