ready made clientele. i like my co-workers.

Cons

each franchisee is different. Mine lie, run the salon like a concentration camp, if you take a vacation you cant make up the lost hours to equal 32 hr avg. in a quarter to qualify to earn more vacation hrs. so you get penalized for taking a vacation

Pros

You dont have to fight over customers because you are on a hourly pay not commission based. This is also good because your paychecks are consistent.

Cons

You work very hard and are expected to do haircuts in an averaged out rate of less than 18 minutes including both womens and mens haircuts. so lots of people do shortcuts on haircuts and skimp on quality sometimes.
