The money is great, our ZEE makes sure we stay busy.

Cons

Management doesnt have any perks, you work the same or more than a stylist your pay is the only difference.

They’re are NO PROS about this company at all. Not one good thing I can think of. Nothing nothing nothing

Cons

Grestclips times the stylist on literally everything. Haircuts mandatory have to be between 8-11 mins long. Stylist timed on how long it takes to sweep and take next client. Manager forced to do gorilla marketing for company. No requests aloud. No appointments aloud. This specific owner doesn’t want to pay out commissions to the stylists that worked very hard to earn them. Then terminated employee when asked for what they are owed. Nights and Weekends mandatory Reviews on stylists performance every week
