such a great company ! they look after all the owners and staff. we have the best franchise owner and I have enjoyed all of this company's values and benefits for over 16 years!

Cons

some staff have a hard time understanding how a work place operates as many times this is their first professional job. we try really hard to help and encourage their skills!

I have been in the Hair Industry for a while. Starting out as a stylist at Great Clips, I had no idea where my path was going. I had two haircuts in a Great Clips salon before I applied. The Rewards I feel working for an amazing Company like Great Clips that has the ongoing training from our Canadian Training team, Product training so our knowledge continues to grow, also ONGOING SUPPORT from our Operations Specialist. The endless opportunity given to Great Clips Employees. I am honored and thankful to be able to help train teams and be apart of this growing company in Canada, with the ability to coach each other, there is only room for Success from Stylists , Management team and Franchise Owners we are given the tools to be the best and care about our visitors to ensure they come back everytime.

Cons

Salon hours but the customers need this and is workable
