Pros

Salary albeit not enough pay

Cons

Preferential Hiring practices. Overwhelmingly hires people with Italian last names even if they're not Italian. Over works employees. Had Covid and was bedridden for almost 2 months March 2019 and was threatened with losing job. Got it from working there. They had no masks in the beginning. Not enough precautions. Shouldn't have forced employees to work. Should have paid employees more. Three people died in the Flatiron location from covid in the first year alone. No upward mobility Prejudice against store management versus office Bullying from Managers and Upper managers in Fresh Foods Department Promoted to Department management for over half a year with no training and zero increase In pay Employee abuse-Employees are taken advantage of Not paid properly No raises
