Pros

Locations in central areas, great food if you purchase the one for customers. If this is your first job, you'll learn a lot (by doing a lot). If you have some experience, look elsewhere.

Cons

Short-sighted planning. Salaries are not competitive, Federal Holidays are not contemplated in any form. Vacation hours are accrued extremely slowly. Windowless offices. Work from home not contemplated. Salaried employees are expected to stay longer, hardly ever allowed to make up for the numerous extra hours. Toxic attitude of upper management. High turnover for salaried positions.

Mismanaged but good money

Business Outlook

Pros

Money, short shift, guaranteed break, good scheduling app where you can see your earnings easily

Cons

Not well managed, paying for parking, nowhere to keep personal belongings (sorry I don't want my $400 purse kept in my car), training was a joke
