Pros

20% off at the Eataly Market. Overall enthusiasm amoungst staff about the eagerness to learn and grow knowing the salary is equivalent of not less then McDonalds.

Cons

During the blizzard of 2016 I went to work for a few hours and was sent home because the storm became worse. They sent us home with no pay! It's obvious this company doesn't care about its employees.

Upper management sucks with these new people recently hired. They don't care about the employees but business.

The benefits was great, and you worked with some great people and it was room for growth.

Cons

poor supervisors/ management, for the work you had to do you should have been compensated more especially since its downtown Chicago.
