Pros

Being part of innovative project, no routine at all, no way getting bored cause every store is a world itself. I ve improved my soft skills dealing many challenges like presentation to foreign tourists, managing events with top Michelin starred chefs (Bottura, Cedroni, Heinz Beck, Cracco...)

Cons

Not well paid referred to responsabilities i had to handle and the hours spent into the stores. Total commitment required.
