Pros

Met wonderful employees. I learned a lot about Italian food and wines and felt very supported by fellow servers. All servers are willing to help each other. I worked at the rooftop restaurant, Terra, which was a beautiful environment to work in each day.

Cons

Lack of communication between managers and employees occasionally. You deal with a lot of old money rich LA types, so be warned because they can be snobby and needy.

Great coworkers, poor upper management

Pros

Discount on food, health benefits, amazing colleagues

Cons

A lot of secrecy from the management, and carefully worded lies. You feel in the dark until decisions are made, and they're not usually in the interest of the employee. Become quite corporate.
