Preference given to Italians Poor communication throughout the company Preach internal growth opportunities, but in reality employees are undervalued and many managers don't want to help employees advance in their careers

Most customers you deal with need their hand held. You'll notice other managers and some office workers feel like they are above everyone else for some reason.
