They value technical staff, typically put together good deals that don’t result in nonstop OT. Work is stable and there’s no overseas devs to manage. It makes being a dev or architect a lot more fun.

Cons

Eventually want you to move up higher and higher and into the world of sales. If you’re technical and you love doing delivery work, this may become problematic.

It has good healthcare insurance and a nice 401k match.

Cons

The BD work beyond normal office hours, making it very difficult for a worklife balance, and not enough help on the contract management to use for the workload that comes in. There used to be a lot more flexibility with working from home and all of a sudden it is going to the office push, which is made it very difficult for a lot of people who have moved and relocated because of the work from home.
