Great for those starting your career out of college and building your experience, lots of networking opportunities, and great events.

Cons

Low salary and unstable projects. When your project is done, you always need to search for another project, which can be stressful. Networking and hunting for the right people are key to your success. Sometimes managers play favoritism and People Leads don't give practical advice.
