More about character than anything else. The interviewer really helped me open up and really dissected my CV. come prepared for this. a few industry questions as well. not too rigorous but not really laid back as well

Submitted job application online via Targetjobs. The written question and answer section wasn't long winded, straight to the point. 15 minute telephone interview - I thought it was quite intense Assessment Day - Group/Individual Interviews, team challenges, script learning etc etc. Quite a relaxed environment, group of about 20 people (there was another group the day before). I think about 14 got hired from the two groups
