deVere Group interview questions

Initial webinar to outline company. Then phone call to tell you more of the role and what is expected of you. Then another phone call/ skype with one of the area managers discussing role further and what relevant experience or character credentials you possess to fit.

I submitted my cv via LinkedIn and was emailed withina day informing me I've been shortlisted and invited to an exclusive webinar. I had to promptly reply to the email to be sent a login and password for the webinar however I was given the wrong time and attended the webinar half an hour late. I was told a recruiter would speak to me after but I was not. I then got an email stating I did not attend and that I will be given another chance to attend another webinar. I found this frustrating and the company to be disorganised and unprofessional hence I did not reply to the email. If you research the company you will find they have a bad reputation and this is a cold call salesman job where you earn on commission. Very deceiving. You will be good you will be a trainee wealth advisor but that's not the case and they make you pay your own transportation costs to travel to the UK training centre
