Interview
It initially seemed exciting and challenging but a transparent company with lots of perks. But again if something seems too good to be true, it usually is. In the latter stages, they were not very clear or upfront about what is involved in the actual day to day job and how much support you'll be given. Even directly avoided question about the high risk aspects of the products that I'd read online.

Very straight forward, Training which is all online, What do you know about deVere?”
“Why do you want to be a financial advisor?”
“Are you comfortable with cold outreach and rejection?”
“Where do you see yourself in 3–5 years?”

Interview
Direct questions at the e-interview. There were a maximum of eight questions with at least two attempts for each question, depending on the question. The overall experience was good and the length of time provided to answere each question varied according to the question.

It was a group interview that was very informative where you learn a great deal about the company. It was also quite interactive as people where encouraged to ask questions.
