Massage Envy Sales Associate/Front Desk interview questions

There are 3 interviews. The first is a phone interview done with the store owner. The second is a group interview with about 9 other candidates and it was conducted by the GM and a sales trainer. The third interview is done once you have learned the sales script. You sit with the GM and try to sell her a membership. She then takes you through the clinic and shows you a bit about the booking system.

I had a total of three interviews. The first one was just a general overview of my resume and they gave me a pitch to recite for the next interview. The second interview I recited the pitch in front of the manager and assistant manager, and then they asked me to come back a third time to pitch in front of the owner as well.
