Interview

It was really quick and easy. They ask you simple basic questions. The job is basically yours if you smile and seem willing to sell membership. The interview is one and one and they ask you are you willing to train for 1 week. The training is long and you basically read everything in the book they give you.

Why did I want to work at Massage envy? Why would i be a great fit for the company? Am I avaliable to work nights and weekends? They also ask you about your past job experiences. Am I willing to work commission base?

Interview

Brief phone interview. Second interview in person to make sure you know how to speak and aren't a disheveled mess (pretty easy interview). Then they ask you to come back in and pitch a sale memorized from their script. If you can memorize one page of script, and don't stutter through it, you get hired.
