Situational questions, experience qustions. Very straight forward. Sit down interview first, then a practical interview, then a GM interview and a phone interview. Company spend a lot of money on the onboarding process of their employees.

it was very laid back, I was already guaranteed the job, so it was a little informal. Very nice and smiley. I really liked talking to the guy and he seemed really interested in my position in the company, and really wanted me a part of the team..

Interview
Very easy going , straight to the point, and familiarized me with the work environment. Took about 15 minutes talking about leadership, how you can help out the company; basically trying to see if you are a team player and willing to go above and beyond.
