I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Life Time (Garland, TX) in Oct 2013
Interview
One on one interview with club manager. Very casual, simply had a fluid conversation to discuss my past experience and what my goals were looking forward. We went over what makes the club different from others, and inquired if I were able to adapt to the way they do business. Overall it was a very friendly environment
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Life Time (Minneapolis, MN) in Jun 2012
Interview
The interviews are set up in two meetings. The first one is with the department head that will go over the job and ask you questions about what you like to do, why you want this position, etc... Really easy and not very difficult questions. The second interview is with the General Manager of the club. This is the harder one of the two. Make sure you memorize the LifeTime mission and vision statements the department head gave you at the first interview. They take this seriously and expect you to recite the mission and vision. The rest of the interview should be fine, the DH and GM will talk afterwards and give you an answer within a few days.
