Life Time interview questions

General customer service questions. Asked about what you would do in certain situations. Also asked about a personal experience that was difficult (when dealing with a customer) and how you handled it.

I sat with three other candidates in the the GM's office (this person is no longer the GM). He asked rounds of questions and gave each of us an opportunity to answer. He asked each of us a general question about work experience, and I was also asked to recite the company vision statement. Another candidate was asked to recite the mission statement.
