4 step process. The first step is a phone screen from HR. Then the 2nd step is a behavior questions from the manger. Then onto the 3nd step of memorizing the mission and vision statement and showing you know them 3rd step is the area director and answering questions of why you want the job. If you made it that far you are really in a pool of you and maybe one other candidate.

Had to go through two interviews. Meet with department head first and general manager interview was second. General Manager interview was group interview system. The second interview was very formal. Suggest dressing to impress.
