I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Life Time (Florham Park, NJ) in May 2013
Interview
Applied online via their website. They then emailed me back and asked me to come in for an in person interview with the life cafe manager and club manager. They primarily asked behavioral questions to get an idea of what kind of person you are. It seems like they accept most applicants, so the interview should not be a big deal.
