Interview
Very behavioral and extremely conversational. You guide the interview with the examples that yo offer and the explanations yo provide. The whole thing consisted of a phone interview that was quite short and an in person interview at the cafe. I was told I was hired at the end of the interview...this may be because the cafe was just opening however and they needed to fill spots.

Interview
I went in to meet with the cafe manager, we talked a bit about the position and its details, my past jobs and experience. She showed me around the cafe, introduced me to some people. Then we both went to talk to the general manager, who mostly asked me personal questions. It was just very conversational and friendly. Then we went back to the cafe and was basically offered the job on the spot.

The GM brings you in for an "interview" to insure you can memorize three lines of the mission and vision. The second interview is not an actual interview. Even though it is with the GM, the second part of the two part interview process is a way for the GM to accept/deny people on the GM's own personal opinion. For example, if you miss one word on the mission, the GM has an excuse for denying your employment due to "SOP".
