I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Life Time
Interview
There were three different parts. The first one was a general, typical get to know you type of interview, what you'd bring to the company, your background, why you want to work there. The second was a working interview where you massaged the Department Head (manager) so they could see what your work is like. The third is an interview with upper management, they decide whether or not you get hired.

Have you ever worked with retail/commission goals before?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Life Time in Jan 2015
Interview
I had three interviews. Two with the managers and one with the general manager of the entire facility. The interviews consisted of a mix of traditional and behavioral questions. The main thing I felt that they were looking for is that you would be able to work as part of a team and be able to do your job to the best of you ability. Prior experience was not a big factor.
