The hiring process at Lenovo takes an average of 29 days when considering 3 user submitted interviews across all job titles. Candidates applying for Intern had the quickest hiring process (on average 14 days), whereas Marketing roles had the slowest hiring process (on average 60 days).
I applied through Linkedin and recruiter reached out for a video call screening in 3 weeks. after that interview i kept following up every week for 6 weeks but the recruiter was adamant to never reply, nor update about the rejections nor next steps. after 6th week he said that i have forwarded your resume to Sr. recruiter they will keep you posted about the next steps. 2 months passed and i finally got an automated rejection. this was after the ontario government made it illegal to ghost candidates for more than 45 days and they went beyond it. it was for markham location in ontario and canada. I have 10+ years of experience and this recruiter who treated me so badly was basically a high school diploma grad not sure how he even got in there. save yourself from this company. Ienovo also lost me as a customer and i will never buy from them.
I applied online. I interviewed at Lenovo (Buenos Aires)
Interview
Sencillo, después de la postulación hubo una llamada (sin video) con la supervisora de RRHH y luego una videollamada con la manager del área. El proceso fue bastante rápido y sin una entrevista técnica.
