Lenovo interview questions

I submitted for a product manager. When the interview with the manager to be it was for a program manager role. I had a phone screening by someone who didn't seem to know what she was pre-screening for. And an interview with someone who didn't seem to read my resume previously.

I first had the phone screen with the hr, and then I had a 30-minute interview with the hiring manager (since the team I interviewed was new and small so I interviewed with the director directly), and there is going to be a portfolio review as the third round of the interview however i did not get into that part.
