I was waiting for the recruiter, but she never showed up. Happened twice with two different recruiters on two different roles. These happened within 2 weeks of each other. This is very disappointing from a company like Lenovo.

Testing around hardware knowledge and I4.0 solutioning part. The round were easy except the hardware part.
Applied online and received a request for an interview. Went through 4 interviews, with an invitation to a final interview. The scheduler then sent me another candidates resume on accident and cancelled my final interview suddenly. Went through a 2-week long interview process to then just get a final interview cancelled with no communication, no feedback, and no explanation. When I asked what was going on I was told to “stay tuned”
Received a generic not selected email after all of that. Spent a total of 2hrs in interviews, not including prep. Definitely speaks to the culture of how they treat people there.
