I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Blue Origin (Kent, WA) in Jan 2017
Interview
Since I was near the area, HR set up a time for me to visit the Kent site. After a tour around the site, I was interviewed by a structures lead, and was asked to answer a few fundamental questions. About 3 weeks later, I was contacted by the HR again for another interview, this time I was to present my resume to a panel of four engineers/leads for roughly an hour. Followed by 4 one-on-one interviews. Then the following week, I was asked to provide three references of former manager/colleagues. Finally three more weeks, the HR called to negotiate my salary.

Question 1
What is the shear and moment diagrams for a beam that is fixed on one side and point loaded on the other?
What is the shear distribution through the depth of the beam?

Interview
The only question I was asked about my experience was "describe one recent project you worked on and the tools and processes that you specifically used". This is similar to questions asked on the application so I was unable to add any new insight. The rest of the questions were either technical, conceptual, brain teasers, or questions used to "gauge interest in Space". Leaves you with a sense that you can't accurately gauge how well you did...

Interview
I'm still in the interview process and will update this as I go and finish.
I applied online on the Blue Origin website. I was contacted about a week later for an initial HR phone screening, which lasted about 30 minutes. It was non-technical. She was a little late to the interview, but was super nice and informative during the phone interview.
I was then passed onto the next round, which was interviewing with the engineering manager of the team that I the job was for. The technical interview lasted about an hour. The interview was not structured in terms of questions; it was just questions that were thrown at me when I talked about my projects. It was technical because he wanted to know about my thought process. So it wasn't just this is what I did and the results, but a lot more of "why I did it, how I did it, and then results". So definitely review your projects and know them in detail. He said to wait for my HR person to contact me to tell me whether or not I moved on in the interview process. Overall, the process has been pretty efficient.
