Pros
A dynamic company with lots of change. You have access to large amounts of resources to dip your job with. Depending on your manager, there is a decent amount of flexibility in your work. You are free to come up with creative solutions without massive oversight.
Cons
Lack of presence from upper management. You’ll know who your director is but chances are you will never see them on the floor and they will not know the problems you deal with on a day to day. Your work is not always organized. People that like structure may have a hard time. Expectations are not always clear.
