      The location is ideal with no delays in commute.

      Hostile and negative environment . Unrealistic expectations and you are never fully compensated for the hours you truly work.

      Pros

      Used to be an excellent place to work. For the most part, Union and Management had a pretty good relationship. Now days it is just a crazy place to work.

      Cons

      It's like a dog chasing it's tail. No one seems to know what's going on. The shop is totally understaffed and in some areas under supervised because the company wants to save money, because of that, we are constantly behind on orders which often puts the company in a critical position.
